Organic Synthesis-Student Solutions Manual

A student solutions manual is also available, published in 1994. 165 pp. ISBN 0-07-059234-9.

This is a graduate level textbook with homework. It is a reactions book, but uses organic synthesis as its fundamental theme. It contains many examples of modern organic reactions and reagents and is generally divided into two parts - functional group exchange reactions, and methods of making carbon-carbon bonds. It also contains a chapter of strategies for the disconnection of molecules.

To order copies of either the textbook or the solutions manual in the USA, call 1-900-338-3987. Additional ordering information can be found via the College Division Web-Site. Information about other McGraw-Hill chemistry titles can be found at: McGraw Hill-Chemistry Books

To order copies of either the textbook or the solutions manual in Europe transfer to McGraw Hill, UK.

The third printing has corrected most of the errors from previous printings. Those corrections not found in the third printing can be downloaded at CORRECTIONS .
