The following statement is taken from an act "Concerning Computer Related Offenses" which was passed by the state legislature during the Spring of 1984. This act includes the following statement concerning unauthorized access to a computer:
"A person is guilty of computer crime when he accesses or causes to be accessed or otherwise uses or causes to be used a computer system with the intent to obtain unauthorized computer services."
